§ 51.184 DISCHARGE OF POLLUTED WATERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to make, or cause to be made, any connection for the removal of sewage from any premises, with any storm or subwater drain, public sewer, ditch, canal, easement, and the like, or with any stream or watercourse within the limits of the town
