§ 51.183 UNCOVERING OF STORM SEWER, DRAINS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to open, uncover, turn, remove, raise for any purpose, or in any manner tamper with any cover or any public storm sewer, drain, manhole, filter, bed, pipe, or other appurtenance or connection branches thereof, or to make connection therewith, unless and except with the written approval from the Department of Public Service, and no person except those engaged by the Public Service Department shall enter the same without written approval.
