It shall be unlawful for any person to do or cause to be done any injuries or damage to, or to cause an obstruction of any kind or in any manner, or to interfere with public storm drains, sewers, ditches, canals, easements or any pipe, filter, bed or any appurtenance or parts of any waterworks, sewerage or drainage of the town.
