(A) No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connection with or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any wastewater sewer without first obtaining a written permit from the Manager.
(B) The owner shall make application for a permit to connect to the wastewater system on a form furnished by the Commission. The permit application shall be supplemented by wastewater information required to administer this chapter. An administration and inspection fee (in accordance with the Town Waterworks and Sewer Commission current rate schedule) shall be paid to the Commission when the application is filed.
