§ 51.056 OBSTRUCTING OR DAMAGING HYDRANTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place or deposit any building material, rubbish, merchandise or any other obstruction in front of any public fire hydrant so as to interfere with the ready access to the same by the Commission or the Fire Department; or to injure, damage or interfere with any fire hydrant in any way.
