§ 36.42 SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL TO RECEIVE ELECTION RETURNS.
   A special meeting of the Council shall be held within three days after a municipal election as the Charleston County Board of Elections and Voter Registration shall be ready to transmit their statement of the result of the election to the Council as provided in § 36.41.
