§ 11.01 MUNICIPAL SEAL.
   The seal of the municipality shall be a circle, within which and following the arc at the top thereof shall be the word and figures “*CRESCO*,” (the translation of which is “I increase” or “I grow”) and within which and following the arc at the bottom thereof shall be the words “MOUNT PLEASANT;” and there shall be an inner circle in the center of which shall be the representation of an oak tree.
