On or before December 31, 2023, city staff shall submit a report to the City Commission regarding the administration of this ordinance and the provisions of the zoning ordinance pertaining to adult-use marihuana, and regarding any other pertinent information relating to the operation of adult-use marihuana establishments in the city. The report may include proposed ordinance amendments or other proposed policy changes.
