§ 32.30 POWERS.
   The Planning Commission established in Article XIII of the City Charter may exercise all powers granted in the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, 2008 PA 33, M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3801 et seq., and shall carry out all functions assigned to it by statute or ordinance.
