Sec. 10. BOARDS; COMMITTEES; ETC., CONTINUED.
   All boards, committees, agencies, or commissions of the City in existence at the time this Charter takes effect, to the extent they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Charter, shall continue to function until abolished or modified by the Commission in accordance with the provisions of this Charter.
