§ 151.02 FLOOD-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION.
   As part of its responsibilities under the Stille-Derossett-Hale-Single State Construction Code, Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, the city will enforce the requirements pertaining to flood-resistant construction in Appendix G of the Michigan Building Code as well as all other flood-related provisions throughout the Michigan Building Code and Michigan Residential Code.
