§ 93.15 INDOOR PYROTECHNICS.

All indoor pyrotechnic displays shall be in accordance with NFPA 1126. In addition, a permit to conduct indoor pyrotechnic displays shall be required. The permit shall be obtained from the Fire Code Official prior to the display. All applicable fees shall be submitted to the Fire Department prior to the display.
