An independent audit of all accounts and financial records of the City shall be made annually. Such audit shall be made by a certified public accountant experienced in municipal accounting within one hundred twenty (120) days after the close of the fiscal year. The Commission may secure additional audits at any time. Each audit, in its entirety, shall be made available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk and at the Public Library.
