§ 153.06 REVIEW FEES.
   Preliminary and final plat review fees, planning fees, engineering fees, inspection fees, water and sewer connection charges and other applicable development charges shall be paid by the proprietor as provided for by ordinance or by resolution of the governing body. All fees shall be paid to the City Clerk.
