§ 150.16 BUILDING PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   Building permit fees shall be set by resolution of the Commission. The determination of the value or valuation shall be made by the Building Official and shall be used in computing the permit and plan checking fees and shall be the total value of all construction work, including all finished work, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevators, fire extinguish systems, landscape, and other permanent work or equipment.
   (B)   Where work for which a permit is required by the Code is started or proceeded with prior to obtaining a building permit, the building permit fees specified above shall be doubled, but the payment of such doubled fee shall not relieve any person from fully complying with the requirements of the Code in the execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed herein.
