A permit shall remain in effect until January 1 following the tenth year anniversary from the date of the issuance of the permit (unless the permit expires pursuant to § 114.19(J) or the permit is earlier revoked pursuant to § 114.24). Applications for renewal of permits shall be filed in the same manner as original applications in § 114.17 and shall be filed with the city not less than 120 days before the expiration of the permit. The city expressly reserves all rights to approve, approve with conditions, or deny applications for permit renewals pursuant to this chapter and to impose additional conditions on renewed permits.
