(A) The license year shall terminate on December 31 of the current year at 12:00 noon next after the issuance of such license. In all cases where the provisions of this chapter permit the issuance of licenses for periods of less than one year, the expiration date shall be indicated on the face of the license.
(B) Unless otherwise provided herein, an application for renewal of a license shall be considered in the same manner as an original application.
