(A) The City Treasurer shall be appointed by a majority vote of the entire Commission for an indefinite term. The Treasurer shall have custody of all monies of the City and shall perform all other duties prescribed by law, this Charter, or the Commission. He-she may be removed by a majority vote of the entire Commission.
(B) The City Assessor shall be appointed by a majority vote of the entire Commission for an indefinite term. He-she shall possess all powers vested in, and shall be charged with all duties imposed upon, assessing officers by law, this Charter, or the Commission. He-she may be removed by a majority vote of the entire Commission.
