§ 98.35 REMOVAL OF MATERIALS; SUSPENSION OF OBJECTS.
   (A)   No person owning, building or repairing any house or other building shall permit any lumber, brick, plaster, mortar, earth, clay, sand, stone or other material to remain on the sidewalk after sunset of the day upon which it was placed there, without written permission from the Director of Public Works.
   (B)   No person shall suspend anything above any sidewalk or within any street area, unless expressly authorized by city ordinances, except an awning or marquee no part of which is less than seven feet above the sidewalk grade.
