§ 98.32 APPEAL FROM DENIAL OF PERMIT.
   If the Division of Public Works shall refuse to issue any permit, the applicant may appeal to the Commission which shall authorize a hearing before the Commission. The decision of the Commission may impose such conditions as it may deem desirable to protect the safety of persons and property.
