§ 98.30 APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED.
   No work for which a permit is required under this subchapter shall be done by any person except in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and all work shall be done under the supervision of the Division of Public Works.
