No person shall engage in commerce in the operation on the public streets of the city a motor truck, tractor, trailer or semi-trailer unless it shall have painted or otherwise lettered upon it the name of the business and business address as required by the Michigan Motor Vehicle Code. This section shall not be applicable to trucks eligible for, and equipped with, farm commercial license plates.
