§ 93.04 RESIDUAL CLEAN-UP FOLLOWING A FIRE.

Except as otherwise provided by law, if any dangerous or hazardous waste occurs as a result of a fire or as a result of any other occurrence, such waste shall be disposed of and cleaned up by the property owner, at the property owner's sole cost, in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes, ordinances and/or regulations.
