§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Municipal civil infraction. Any person violating the rules and regulations of Riverside Cemetery shall be held responsible for a municipal civil lnfraction and prosecuted in accordance withthe municipal civil infractions ordinance. The fine for violation of a rule or regulation of Riverside Cemetery shall be $50; second violation, $100; and the third or any subsequent violation within any one calendar year, $250.
   (B)   Criminal misdemeanor. Any person violating § 92.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
