§ 91.03 FIERCE OR DANGEROUS DOGS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to own or keep any fierce or dangerous dog or any dog which:
   (A)   Runs and barks at pedestrians or vehicles,
   (B)   Destroys property, or
   (C)   Bites any human being.
