Sec. 1. ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY.
   The municipal corporation heretobefore established and now existing and known as “The City of Mount Pleasant” shall continue as a municipal corporation under the same name, and the boundaries of the City existing when this Charter takes effect shall continue in force until changed in accordance with law.
