§ 52.33 COMMISSION MAY ADOPT REGULATIONS.
   The Commission shall from time to time adopt such regulations for the operation and use of the water system and the supplying of water to consumers as the Commission shall deem expedient and necessary, and such regulations when adopted shall be and become a part of this chapter and the penalties prescribed shall apply to the violation of any such regulations.
