§ 52.32 DIRECTOR'S AUTHORITY AS TO EMERGENCY USE OF WATER.
   The Director of Public Works shall have the discretion to restrict the volume of water from the distribution system of the city if the public's health, safety and general welfare are likely to be endangered by prescribing rules and regulations to conserve the water supply during such emergency.
