§ 38.06 RIGHTS OF RESPONSIBLE PARTY TO SEEK CONTRIBUTION AND/OR INDEMNITY FROM ANOTHER PARTY.
   Neither this chapter nor the determination by the Public Safety Director or the City Manager shall increase or diminish the right of a party (who has reimbursed the city pursuant to this chapter) to seek contribution and/or indemnity from another party.
