§ 37.56 BOARD MEETINGS.
   (A)   The trustees shall meet at least quarterly. The trustees shall determine the time for the regular meetings of the trustees and the place or places where such meetings shall be held. The secretary of the trustees or his or her designee shall be responsible for giving notice of the time and place of such meetings to the other trustees.
   (B)   Notice and conduct of all meetings of the trustees, both regular and special, shall be given in accordance with applicable law including the Michigan Open Meetings Act.
   (C)   The Board shall adopt its own rules of procedure and shall keep a record of its proceedings. Three trustees shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of the Board. Each trustee shall be entitled to one vote on each question before the Board and at least three concurring votes shall be necessary for a decision of the Board.
