(A) The regular terms of office of the trustees shall coincide with and be identical to the trustees' terms of office on the Board of Trustees of the City of Mt. Pleasant Police and Fire Retirement System.
(B) Each trustee shall serve until the expiration of his or her term of office or until his or her death, incapacity, resignation or removal.
(C) A vacancy or vacancies in the office of the trustees shall not impair the powers of the remaining trustees to administer the affairs of the fund, provided there are sufficient trustees to constitute a quorum.
