§ 37.22 COMMENCEMENT OF BENEFIT.
   Subject to all applicable provisions of this chapter and/or insurance agreement, a participant shall commence eligibility for benefits from this chapter on the first day he or she satisfies the eligibility requirements of § 37.21, provided the participant has enrolled for coverage on such date.
