§ 34.02 REPORT TO COMMISSION; MONEY CREDITED TO GENERAL FUND.
   Forthwith after the expiration of said six months period, the Director of Public Safety or his/her designee shall report to the Commission, listing the money or other property so recovered and held, and requesting authority from the Commission to turn any money over to the City Treasurer to be credited to the general fund and requesting authority from the Commission to sell at public sale any other property so recovered and held.
