§ 32.01 CREATION.
   Pursuant to Public Act 18 of 1933 (Extra Session), being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.651 et seq., a commission is hereby created in and for the City of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, to be known as the Mount Pleasant Housing Commission.
