§ 31.20 DIVISION OF PUBLIC SAFETY.

The Division of Public Safety shall be headed by the Director. He/she shall be responsible for maintenance of the public peace and safety through the prevention and suppression of fires, crime prevention and the detection and arrest persons who have violated local, state or federal laws.
