§ 31.19 DIVISION OF PUBLIC WORKS.
   The Division of Public Works shall be headed by the Director. He/she shall be responsible for community health and environment through the design, construction, maintenance and operation of the water supply system, streets and other public property including cemeteries and airports and the disposal systems for solid and liquid wastes.
