§ 30.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   The Commission shall establish by resolution the day and time of its regular meetings to be held in the Commission Chambers at the City Hall; provided, however, that when the day fixed for any regular meeting falls upon a day designated by law as a legal or national holiday, such meeting shall be held at the same hour on a mutually agreeable day.
