There is hereby created a Coliseum Board for the Village. The Board shall consist of three (3) members who shall be appointed pursuant to 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-66-5, as amended. Members shall serve respectfully for the following terms: one (1) for one (1) year, one (1) for two (2) years, and one (1) for three (3) years; the successor to each member so appointed to serve for a term of three (3) years.
