2-7-1: APPOINTMENT; TERMS:
There shall be a Board of Police Commissioners consisting of three (3) members to be appointed by the Village President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. Members shall serve for a term of three (3) years. (1979 Code § 2-4-1)
