It shall be deemed a violation of this chapter to place leaf and landscape waste for collection whether alone or mixed with other solid waste. The Village shall provide a collection service for leaf pick up. The dates for the leaf pick up shall be set annually by the Board of Trustees. Residents shall be required to place all leaves next to the adjacent curb for the curbside leaf pick up service. (1979 Code § 8-3-8)
