7-1-10: PRIVATE USE OF PUBLIC WAYS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to use any street, sidewalk or other public place as space for the display of goods or merchandise for sale; or to write or mark any signs or advertisements on any such pavements except by permission of the Board of Trustees upon application to same. (1979 Code § 7-1-10)
