7-1-3-2: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT:
Applications for such permits shall be made to the Village Clerk and shall be accompanied by the fee required. It shall be the duty of the Village Clerk to issue the necessary permit for construction of a driveway. (1979 Code § 7-1-3-2)
