7-1-3-1: PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE:
No person shall construct a driveway for vehicles or animals across any sidewalk or parkway in the Village without first having obtained a permit therefor; and the fee for such construction permit shall be as provided in section 9-1-4 of this Code. (1979 Code § 7-1-3-1; amd. 2017 Code)
