§ 153.105 CORRECTION OF CONSTRUCTION DEFICIENCIES.
   All deficiencies in construction shall be corrected by the developer as soon as practical after notification from the city. The city reserves the right to withhold issuance of building permits or certificates of occupancy, or refuse platting of future phases, if all deficiencies or repair items are not complete after 50% of the lots have been permitted for construction in any phase of a subdivision development or site plan. For commercial, industrial or other type projects, certificate of occupancy may be held until all deficiencies are corrected.
