§ 73.29 ONE-HOUR ZONES.
    When appropriate signs are erected, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than one hour at any time between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on any day, except Sundays and public holidays, upon any of the streets described on the official traffic maps of the city as locations where parking is limited to one hour during such period of time. A change of position of vehicles from one point directly to another point within the same block shall be deemed one continuous parking period.
   (A)   The first two spaces located on West Central Avenue closest to the southwest corner of its intersection with South Main Street.
