§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   A fine of $25 shall be imposed for each violation of § 73.23, and such motor vehicle may be removed by the police of the city at the owner’s expense.
