(A) When appropriate signs are erected, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts of streets described on the official traffic maps of the city as locations where parking is prohibited at all times.

(B) Parking shall be prohibited from the East end of Cove Avenue westward to a point at the Northwest corner of Lot Number 14 of the W. O. Pratt land as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 101, of the Gaston County Register of Deeds Office. Cars parked in violation of this division (B) shall be subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
