(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any police officer, code enforcement officer or any other person or persons designated by the City Manager may issue a citation to any person in violation of § 72.11. These citations shall specify the penalty of $25, which shall be payable within 15 days at City Hall. A delinquent charge of $10 shall be added to any citation not paid within 15 days from its date of issuance. Failure to pay the citation and delinquent charge may result in the filing of a criminal complaint charging the violator with a misdemeanor.
(2) Any device used in violation of § 72.11 may be confiscated as evidence pending the disposition of the case and payment of the citation and delinquent charges.
