§ 72.19 OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLES, including go-carts, unlicensed motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles, as defined in G.S. Chapter 20, being G.S. § 20-4.01(1c) upon any lot containing less than one acre and located in a residential zoning district.
