§ 1-7-6 SUPERINTENDENT OF WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Superintendent of Water and Sewer Department shall perform the duties particularly enumerated in §§ 10-1-1 through 10-1-16 of this code of ordinances in relation to his or her said office and shall perform all duties that are or may be prescribed by law or ordinances of the city.
   (B)   The Assistant Superintendent of Water and Sewer Department shall perform all such duties as are or may be prescribed by law, or by the city ordinances of the city in relation to his or her said office. He or she shall be obedient and loyal to the Superintendent of Water and Sewer Department and promptly comply with all lawful orders, requirements and directions of the Superintendent of Water and Sewer Department and the Water and Sewer Department Committee and the Mayor and City Council.
